Custom Hand-Stitched QR Code

If you've got a link, I've got a code. 

Can be made into a sew-on patch or pin, or finished in a hoop.

The code itself is approx 2x2 inches.

**TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER**
1. Place your order here on Shopify.
2. Send me a proof of purchase (receipt or email confirmation).
3. Also include the link you would like to be stitched into a QR code, your finish preference (patch, pin, or hoop), and if you would like the title to say something other than "scan me." PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A TITLE, "SCAN ME" WILL BE STITCHED AT THE TOP OF THE CODE TO ORIENT IT.
